Default Which RX to use with the EQ10...???

Hey guys I have another power expander eq10 question.
I have a spare JR 921 RX and a spare AR9000 RX. I know the EQ10 has 2 power inputs that need to go into the rx for the system to have double redundant batteries. Getting to the question.
The ar9000 has 1 battery/bind slot and a data slot which would make 11 slots.
The JR R921 rx has the same 9 channels a batt/bind slot and a batt2/data slot;also 11 slots.
Is there any difference in the rxs' ? Is the data slot on the spektrum rx able to take a battery?
Never used anything like this before

I am pretty sure you can plug a second battery into the bind slot on the AR9000. It does not matter which rx you use. Both will work.

Ok good deal. I just was not sure if one was better suited than the other.
