Help! BEST SMOKE / MUFFLER COMBO!

Hey I'm trying to figure out how to get the heaviest smoke flow on my airplane and which mufflers to use to achieve this... My choice on smoke oil is super dry and my smoke pump would probably be the new harris smoke pump...

Any suggestions?

and where to tap the nipples

Default Re: BEST SMOKE / MUFFLER COMBO!

Best type of mufflers would be the stock type. No cans, or pipes. Not sure about brand stuff, I've only ever used DA's stock muffs. On my Python, I have the nipples tapped right in the side of the muffler where there is a screw that comes in place of a tiny hole in the DA muffs. I just took the screw out and re-tapped it to fit my nipple size and put them in. Best place is where the motor is the hottest, right next to the cylinder and the exaust exit ports.
