Well I got the greeves in and thought i would post a few pic's of how i did it.I had to cut about 5/8" off the exhaust exit tubes to get them in,you also have to knock the rear of the canister tunnel ,its really well thought out by qq aircraft! The rear mount needs to slide over the tubes as you install them, then glue in place, fits perectly!QQ said you don't need the front mounts(Sized for cans),but I used it since it was already there.I used 5mm od silicon tubing with smaller tubing inside that to make the mount snug around the greeves pipes.I've found out also if you clean the connecting ends of the headers and pipes w/alcohol, then heat the coupler up with a torch before pushing them on and clamping while still hot they never leak.Hope this helps somebody and hope its accurate!Oh yea you have to grind out a little below motor mount to allow room for the headers.

The weight difference is very insignificant. Matchboxes and regulators will end up weighing the same

Off2fly,

Let us know how you like the performance of the Greeves. I'm planning on putting a set in one of my planes. What prop are you starting with?

I have a set on my QQ Python and love the power. It rockets out of a hover and the sound is better than the can's I have in most of my other planes. I am just about finished with my 120Yak, it to has greeves pipes. It was going to have a DA 170 but there not ready yet and I want to get it in the air so I will be putting in a spar 150 until the 170 shows. I have been told that the power with a 150 and greeves is plenty. I can't believe that the 150 will pull the Yak as well as the 100 in the Python but we will see. You will not regret putting in the greeves on your Python, I wasn't.
