| Doo It! Doo It! ![]() | Im thinking about getting the Great Planes 25% Yak and want to knwo that the best engine to put in it is. GP reccomneds using the Fuji But i wanna know if theres sometihng else out there thats gonna give me a little more power in hovering and uplines. DA-50? Too much? Stick with the recomended Fuji or what? All input welcomed. Thanks guys.!! |

| Rollin', Rollin', and Rollin' ![]() | DA 50 all the way! I have flown a GP yak w/ a brand new never broken in DA 50, and it was a rocket! awsome combination! its not too much to affect CG or rip appart the fire wall. Definitly go w/ a DA 50!

| Uncle Jemima To the Rescue! ![]() ![]() | John Glezellis has been flying the heck out of his with a DA50 in it up here. Perhaps it was just him at the sticks, but it looked like it flew great with a DA50, not to mention rocket-power!

| Doo It! Doo It! ![]() | great combo, go for it. just remember, eventhough a person might think this plane will come up to be nose heavy with the DA50, this is not the case, even with DA50 up front, you might still be a bit tail heavy, so make sure you go with pull-pull rudder setup with it. good luck Ahmed |

| Bad-ass Super Contributer! ![]() | It is a nice-looking plane, but too small for the DA, IMO. I am sure it is a rocket on the vertical, but the wingloading would be equal to that of my 35% 260! Just watch yourself on the elevator and keep the speed up and you'll be okay, but there are planes out there that are bigger, the same weight, and are far more suitable for a 50cc engine.
