Default Video: New Fliton Edge 540 Freestyle

I've got my new Fliton Edge 540 Freestyle dialed in after about 15 flights. Simple modifications to electrify this plane are available on the Fliton website under the Edge 540 Freestyle product information section, www.fliton.com . Huge thrust to weight ratio with very neutral flight characteristics. Another winner from Fliton!

Enjoy!

Greg (gmilo)

Yep, it feels very nimble for a plane this size (albeit, not as floaty as my Dalton 42%er!)

Wow, great flyin there Gmilo.....

I've got mine running on hyperion power at 6lb 3oz with 1100W and a 15x10. Only about 3 flights so far but she is fast becoming my favourite plane. I just need some larger servo arms to get the travel that I need. Those stock control arms are so long!

ah, my bad man. I love the roll rate though, fast, but still reasonable. Some of the planes out there have such blindingly fast roll rates that it just doesnt look right.

Msargent...wow, that is a real light setup you have (11oz lighter than mine whcih is significant)...good job! You'll love the Edge as you get more time on it, but get some longer control arms as you'll need the throws for 3D
