| MYST WAYS 19MB.wmv Hey Fellow Gassers I have been working on a project over the past year. It is posted in the Electric area under "will it fly?" The above video is the only one I have and is about 3 or so minutes long. The plane weighs 25# AUW. The batteries weigh 3.5# and the motor 3# (thats 6.5# total for power system). Has 102" span, 114" length, and wing area 2700sq" plus. I want to know, cause I have no gassers, what does a 100cc weigh (includ batt, ign, tank, pump?, everything...w/o gass. w/o the power system, my project weighs around 18.5#. Is a 100cc the right size for all out vertical performance? Give me some feedback on converting this project to gas. Thanks, Dorado PS- Meant to post this in the "Giant Scale Discussion" area...anyone know how to move it w/o re-doing it there...??? Last edited by DORADO; 06-17-2006 at 01:43 PM. |
