I had a problem with an IBEC that I purchased from Tech-Aero. I ordered a new one and sent Ed an e-mail to inform him of the problem and to ask him if he would like it back to check it out. Ed replied and told me to send it back and he would fix or replace. I told him that I ordered a new one from his company and not to worry about that but I would like to know what went wrong with it. I sent it back and in the mean time I received my new one. A few days later I did not get an E-mail from Tech-Aero but a phone call form Ed. He said he found the problem , fixed it and was sending it back to me. Excellent customer service ! It does not get any better than that. I will be a Tech-Aero customer for life. I just wanted to share my experience with Ed and Tech-Aero with everyone here. Don't you wish all the " hobby companies" would give this kind of customer service .
