John,
Congrats and producing a plane that no one else has the guts to do. This is by far my most favorite plane. However, is it just me or does the plane look out of proportion. I realize the pics I have are not the same angle as John's, but something just doesn't look right. Thoughts anyone?

I gotta agree with you there, at least when it comes to the full scale version. Some of the first R/C models of them had some bad habits, though, and I think it deterred people. I think that with the right adjustments to it, though, it has every bit of potential to be a top IMAC contender.
A couple things that are obvious and pretty much necessary to make it fly right for R/C is to adjust the height of the wings and stabs to bring them closer to the thrustline to make it fly more neutral. That is most likely what you are seeing that is different about it. I also imagine the tail moment being a little longer.
I can't wait to take this puppy home!
