Yep. It's funny that he is offering a 39% 300L that bares a striking resemblence to the old Aeroworks TOC-winning design...cowl's different, though.
Word I got is the planes at the field are the only ones in existence - no idea where he is going to have them manufactured, no instructions drawn, etc. I would say this time next year if you are lucky, then again, if that 260 is now $1595, you might as well go with the Aeroworks 260. It comes with CF wing and stab tubes, as well as the tube slots in the fuse, and it is a QB and, from the info my friend got about the Dietrich plane, his plane will be about 2-3 pounds heavier that the Aeroworks.
