I wouldn't recommend using only one servo for the rudder in the back.. If it was pull-pull fine.. But I think using one servo in the tail to push and pull puts a lot of stress on it. I would go with dual servos (push-pull) or pull-pull with the single one...

That being said, you could use 1'' arms if you want IMAC rates, or 1-1/4''
