Default Re: Carden 35% rudder servo

I think I'm going to try it with the one servo, the set up will be easy.

As best as I calculate with a 1.5" arm and 60 deg. of servo travel I should get 45 deg. of rudder with the 4" swb horn and still maintain the mechanical advantage at the servo. 260oz x 1.33 = 345oz of torque, should be enough for IMAC. By doing this I can toss the heavy 5.1oz 5735 plus the tray, and remove the 2 ozs of lead in the tail and have a much tighter set up.
