The problem with this is that the QB fibeglass parts are Polyerster based and not epoxy. Whatever you use for a baffle should be made from the same material. The best thing that you would be able to do is use the balsa peice that comes in the kit. You can glass it with fiberglass cloth and polyester resin first and then use polyester resin and micro balloons to bond it to the cowl. There are tints available so you could color the resin to make it look better.
