When/if I plan on doing a face lift on it, I will document it here. Not sure what I'll do to it to make it stand out like my 35%'er......... But I know it will have to be OVER THE TOP!!!!!!!!
If memory serves me correctly, Frank designed this plane back in the 90's, possibly around 93??? So, yes, this plane is an ANTIQUE!!!!!
Kitman has one in the bones at his place, and trying to twist his gorilla style arms into finishing that bird up!! All he really has to do is cover it!!!!!!
Porc, I think that it is a Royal Blue. I absolutely love that color Blue!!!! The hex driver was only there for set up purposes. I will be sure to use an 8-32 bolt and locknut, front and rear!!!!
You got that right TPP!!!!! Lots more choices on engines today, than back 15 years ago!!! I know that he ran 4.2's, but not sure which one. Probably a Precision Eagle.................
