Thanks, I enlarged the hole in the bottom so I can get at the muffler bolts on one side. It's not the 30 seconds on and off solution I wanted, but short of cutting the cowl up and making it ugly, I don't think one of those solutions exist.

Another dumb question, I assume you guys made baffles, right? The manual doesn't mention it, but I've always done it in the past, and figure I'd do it on this as well.
