your right about the world wide part but wrong about it in the united states and the faa , ama has the right to yank your ama and ban you from ever getting an ama card , which is required to fly at most events if you ever want to , and as far as the faa they would class this as a uav and would require a permit , oh and while i was at ama headquarters for ircha i asked what they thought of huge planes and found out that they are looking at this post , not to rain on any ones parade but thats the facts . i deal with faa stuff due to my father he is and a&P I/A that works on ems helicopters |
