POLL: Which charity benefits from Giant's TAS fundraiser?
Fellas,
In another thread I asked you for suggestion on which charity should benefit from the proceeds raised at the Max-Roast at the TAS in October. Well, as it turns out, several Giant's brothers suggested we just do a blanket fundraiser to include, the Max-Roast, online donations, and possibly a silent auction.
I will look into setting up a bank account tomorrow or a Paypal account to receive donations from those who can't be at the TAS. My plan is to combine whatever comes in by mail/online with what we take in at the Max-Roast and possible auction and make a big lump-sum donation on behalf of the Giants members.
Also, remember it's a tax write-off as well fellas.
So what I've done here is set up a poll as to which charity you feel should benefit from the generosity of the Giants members. These are the nominations I received through this thread: http://www.flyinggiants.com/forums/fg260/19752-charity-should-benefit-max-roast.html
I'll let the poll run until September 14th.
If you need a little background on the Max-Roast, you'll find it here: http://www.flyinggiants.com/forums/fg260/19508-mad-max-roast-tucson-shootout.html
So please, go ahead and vote. I have included these charity website links so you can do some research before voting if you would like. Here are the nominees:

American Lung Association: http://www.lungusa.org

Autism Research Institute: http://www.autism.com/
Toys-For-Tots: http://www.toysfortots.org/

Please get to votin'. This way I can contact the charity and tell them of our efforts when things get rolling.
