If the cable went bad then contact Ikarus directly right there in FL. The contact info is in the back of your manual and they are the ONLY ones who can service a bad cable. No dealer can even touch the cables as they are proprietary and that's what copyright protects the software. The cables are guaranteed so should not even cost you anything except shipping. Call first though and maybe they can diagnose over the phone. |
