According to this post
http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_6214670/tm.htm in the WH forum on RCU, the only other difference is that a strap has been added to secure the wheels better.
Tom also says in this thread
http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_6360764/tm.htm that the increase in wingspan was purely for marketing reasons.
