I have about 100 flights on mine and other that nocking the landing gear out its still intactno major issues yet. I too have the built up wings. MTW 119 cans and 3W 150. |

Is the sheeting that's moving on the wing in the area where the wing tube ends? I'm on my 2nd set of wings because they didn't use enough glue on the false rib and end cap box where the tube ends. It ended up trying to push out the bottom of the wing. I did an autopsy of a wing and the foam is cored out towards the ends. Flex the wing upwards (+ Gs) and feel underneath where the tube ends for any movement. |

Thanks dude... I'll check 'em out when I get a chance. The spot where I found the "wrinkle" is outboard of the wing-tube end. I'll check the end though.
Did your wing fail in flight... lose the plane type fail? Did you find the problem on the ground?
