Sometimes the cool factor is worth the investment on what ever you're working on. But watching JeeUms box stock .50 heli fly got my thinker thinking. Thoughts? |

Its like this. If you are running a high headspeed and banging the snot out of the heli, some bling is a good idea. A raptor SE has all the parts you'll ever need. Same with an evo minus the extra bearing block and a couple minor things. It has to do with head design. I would say 85% of heli pilots are over blinged. I know my 90 is. everything is metal on that thing and I know I will not be pushing it to that point. My favorite bling part right now is stainless steel feathering spindles. I went through 3 in one awful week. All mechanical, I never crash
