Well, That again depends on your budget.
Some guys make it like if you don't buy a certain brand then you shouldn't fly.
I try to tell people a good item for the buck and what $$ range they can afford.
Some guys act like if you don't own a Desert ********-50R them you shouldn't own anything because everything else is junk.

Ok, enough of that.
I use all standard size high tourqe servos.
In my 50cc + planes I run Hitec HS5955TG. ( $90.00 a servo )
They are not needed in a 26cc plane.
It will depend if you want, a digital or analog servo.
Digitals can be programed, reveresed, etc. But you would need to have a programmer to do these things.
Analogs servo are you basic servo.
A good analog servo i would recommend is the Hitec HS625MG.
It will give you good speed and tourqe ( 0.15 sec/60dgr , 95 oz in @6V)
The Hitec HS645MG is stronger but slower ( 0.20 sec and 133 oz in @ 6V )
Both of these are about $35.00 a servo
Next would be Hitec ( digital ) HS5625MG and HS5645MG, faster and stronger but more $$$ ( $55.00 a servo ).
JR and Futaba also have great servos. Just look for equal tourqe and speed.
ONLY USE METAL GEARS.
A 26cc gasoline plane I would look for tourqe in the 80-120 oz. in. range and a speed of 0.13 to 0.20 ( no slower then 0.20 ).
I run all my stuff @ 6 volts 1650-2500mah and use two batteries for the RX.
I also try to go digitals Hitecs, since I already have a programmer.
My latest project is a Great Planes Super Stearman, a Fuji BT43EI, and all Hitec HS625MG servos, except one HS5625MG for the elevator.

So after all that, your answer.........

On a budget:
analog HS625MG ( 0.15 / 94oz @ 6V ) and $35.00 each

Not on a budget:
digital HS5625MG ( 0.14 / 130 oz @ 6V ) and $55.00 each

And if really not on a budget
digital HS5955TG ( 0.15 / 333 oz @ 6V ) Titanium gears $90.00 each
These are super strong standard size servos that can be used ( I would ) up to 100cc planes.
Once you have them, you have them. Never complained about to strong of a servo before.
