Default Re: Comp Arf Giles

As Mick said, I had a Comp ARF Giles for a fair while and used it in IMAC through to the Advanced class. Mine was set up with a DA150 on standard mufflers, Dual RX's with a mixture of JR8511' and Hitech 5955's. Out of all the 3m Comp ARF's I've had a good bit of time on(MX2, 260 and 330) the Giles was the best rolling plane and felt the most locked in on horizontals, it did however suffer a bit in the negative snapping and spinning manouvers, it was very prone to overrotating no matter how i flew it. In the positive manouvers it was as good as any. The MX2 I found to be a very capable plane but unfortunatley it met its demise before we could really sort it out but the early indications were pretty good.Pic below is my Giles
