Hi there airmcn... You need to check if you have any play by pulling on your rudder backwards & pushing forward. If there is a noticeable play, then chances are that the aluminum sleeves that hold the rudder tube (hinge) are popped out from their bracket(s). I fixed mine last week on my Super Extra & there was a remarkable difference in the way it handled rollers. You need some time & patience if you're going to tackle that job. Kris Welter & Ron Storer helped steer me through the task... So if you find a play & need any help, just let me know...

Thanks bro. I dont really have too much slop in the hole where the pin goes through. The problem is the Hinge has been slowly over time dropping from 90% so what it does is cause the counterballance to rub the stab. Unfortunatly the hinge slides into the wood slot in the rudder so there is no way to put spacers there. I am beginning to think I will need to replace the hinges in the stab. maybe raise them 1-2mm from the stock postition. I hate to do it but.........
