That's correct - I'll try get a temp on that area today flying (i.e. that end of the pipe) and the rudder servo. So far no issues... I do have about 3/8" from the covering to the servo and about 3/8" from the pipe to the covering - really about 3/4" from pipe to servo with good airflow.. I have some leftover heat shield to put there if necessary...

How's your install coming along? The KS1090 is a huge and it quickly gets tight with it in there...
