You can use other options for tanks and set up the stopper any way you want, but I agree, the B&B tanks are TANKS!!! Various water/soda/juice bottles can also be used - it's a very popular practice in Europe and other eastern countries. They also tend to be lighter than even Dubro tanks.
As for the capacity, I guess it depends on how long you intend to fly and what types of flying you intend to do. If you're going to be doing mostly low, easy 3D and some hovering for about 10 minutes, then a 40 ounce tank will work. If you intend to fly IMAC, and compete, you need enough fuel to get through two sequences, and that usually requires at least a 50 ounce tank.
You have t think of this more like a 100cc plane, but with a 150 engine, and equip it accordingly. I know that Mith and Mark are enjoying theirs at their weight, but I'd be willing to bet that they wouldn't want the plane to be much heavier...
Save that Seiko for a bigger, heavier plane.
