Im flying the same plane now with Hitec 5985's on the ailerons, 2 5955's for the elevators and one JR 8711 for the rudder. No problems what so ever and that setup is around 600 or so. |

This guy's setup is perfect with budget in mind - absolutely no problems with mine when I ran Hitecs. I even ran a single 5955 on the rudder, which worked, but the 8711 is the better way to go here.
I don't know if the CS170 servos are cheaper, but they are the same as the 5955's, so give them a look. You can also find used servos pretty cheap.
