Check the vid again - I go into the menu, change aileron reversing, get out of menu, go back in to show the aileron setting is still changed & back out of the menu again. Then the radio is shut off for a few seconds and back on again. The reversing menu is shown - and the position of the aileron has went back to the original spot (not where I changed it to.)
If you can spot anything that should be done differently, please let me know.

I saw you exit the reversing page and then go back into it to see that it was still reversed, but then you shut it off while it was still in the reversing menu. The fact that you exited the reversing menu once should have saved it though - I don't think there is anything in the manual saying that you have to do any of that, though, so that part is still not your fault.
