He had it down here in Chile a few weeks back and yes it is electric. It flies like a feather and with those big tapered ailerons it rolls like an electric drill.
He told me they were due in a few weeks so that could still make them on the water.
From what he told me they are definitely going to be released. I guess we just need to sit tight and see.
