So, for me, it comes down to this:
ONLY TESTS DONE AT IN-FLIGHT SIGNAL LEVELS HAVE ANY CREDIBILITY. THE REST ARE FAR TOO PRONE TO OTHER ISSUES TO BE DEFINITIVE IN THEIR CONCLUSIONS....
