Sure no problem
I designed and built this duplicator using a small router, The pictures you see here is just cutting on the duplicator, then of course, I have to sand them with a drum sander until all the cutting marks are out, and balance. then I paint a clear urathane coat, balance again, once balanced, I drill for the engine I am using, then water sand with fine grit like a 400 until smooth, then spray again the clear urathane, once dry, water sand again, then put my name on it, and the size, clear coat again but this time, carefull checking the balance at the same time let it dry and voila...Being retired , it cost me about 1.5 hours total of my time, plus $7.00 dollars of properly dried Beach wood.. for a 26*10 the last I made is a 36*12 for my EVO 300
I have been flying my own props for the last 7 years, not my design though.
