Thanks for the info. I didn't know that they were only 1/4". It wouldn't be worth the trouble.

Does anyone know if a set of foam core wings would weigh about the same as the jig built ones? I was just thinking that the cost to make the jigs, and the other materials, you might be able to get a foam core set cut for the same money.
