OK... No steaks this year, Its a hog roast guys. just got off the phone with the farmer who is supplying the beast. ( 250 LBS ) I'm thinking if there is any left over we can all snack on the rest after hours.

Jeff, I don't have a recipe for BBQ sauce but the best I have found is called Cattleman's BBQ sauce. When I did a hog roast a few (damn it's been about 15 years) I was able to buy it by the gallon jug at Sam's Club.
