True, they are not. There are not 150,000 Pantera's out there like there are Raptors, and the Align birds are taking up a lot of airspace too. Nothing wrong with that.

Along that line, I think the best machine this individual could get is whatever the majority of the guys in his area are flying, and also what the availability of parts are locally. Most hobby shops carry Thunder Tiger and Align parts, only a small handfull carry Audacity parts. Most online shops carry Align and Thunder Tiger parts. Only a handfull cary Audacity parts, but that is a moot point when talking about online business. If you can get it from the source (in Audacity's case) then there is really no reason to look elsewhere online for the part, but if you have an established accoount with someplace like Heliproz, HHI, Centruy etc., or someplace that carrys the parts you are needing, or even the upgrade "bling" you want, then by all means go with them.

Bottom line is this: Get what you want, or what you can get help with from your peers.

I was simply offering a $299 kit (Panter 50, additional cost will be incurred going BBC for more power) alternitave to the $539 for a Raptor STD 90 kit, or $788.99 for the TR700 from Heliproz.

Oh, and FWIW...I think the TR700 is one sexy b!t¢h. I'd get one if I were really looking for a 90 size bird...and could afford it.
