I haven't done the gen IV but I did do a build on the gen III. It is a straight forward build, no challenges or issues at all really. I did my gen III electric with a Hacker A150 so I had to improvise a bit but in the end my CG matched the specs perfectly and the plane flew great. The only issues I ran into flying were that the rudder cables snapped on me twice and I would recommend beveling the surfaces of the cable hardware at the rudder to prevent this from happening.
