The fuselage is now ready to fly minus paint and rudder hinging, which will wait till after paint. Instead of knocking out the firewall I decided to install the motor and see just how far out the engine was going to be. What threw off my initial assesment is that the firewall has more Right Thrust than the nose of the plane has. So at first, I was thinking that I was going to be 3/8" out too far. After installing everything, it is only about 1/8" more forward than I would like, so that is good enough for me to go and fly. If things need changing after the first flight, I'll think about it then.
