I have had the same problem. The gear plate has come out for me also. I have been flying this plane for 2 years and fixed the gear with a TNT gear. Tried the carbon fiber gear and it wasn't any better than the one that comes with the plane.TNT is a little heaver but does not flex like the one that comes with the plane. This is the only thing that I found bad with the plane. I hope they have fixed the gear plat on the new Yaks.
