in the 25 pound range, youd want to be in the 80-100cc range. I'd go with either the 3W 80 or the ZDZ Super 80 which is supposed to be the top in the 80cc class right now power-wise. I have the regular ZDZ 80 and its a stump puller, not to mention alot lighter than most of the 100s (other than the BME that is).
