I'll keep that rudder horn under 3.5" for clearance. I'm powering mine with a 3W106b2 with cans. Also using Power expander and Turbo Reg. I really like the workmanship on the plane and the two piece cowl. I'm looking forward to your build thread so get to work and post lotsa pics. thanks.
