i pre-bought my servo arms 1 1/2 for ele's and 1 1/4 for the ails when i was waiting for mine to arrive. turns out the 1 1/2 wouldnt work for the ele, they were to long and would hit the bottom of the stab. i just switched em to the ails instead and vice versa. no complaints so far, i think it may be a typo in the manual.
