Had several flights on the 26 today with an APC 17x8. I tached it at only 7600 rpms and it ran well. I pulled the cowl and spent a lot of time moving the high end needle to see if I could get more rpms but was unable to. I will go back to the 17x6 but doubt I will ever see over 8500 rpms with it. Gas was 89 octane with 50:1 lawn boy.
