While you are waiting for a manual, you can get an estimate of the cg location using online calculators that are available on the web:
for a simple calculation based on the wing geometry, use
http://www.scaleaero.com/CG_Calculator.htm with %MAC BP = 30%
if you have a more complete set of dimensions, use
http://adamone.rchomepage.com/cg_calc.htm with a static margin of 10%
In either case, the cg will be fairly close to one another.
I decided to use these calculators because I got tired waiting for someone to provide a manual.

Hey Giants, I picked up a used krill yak which didn't include the manual. I looked on Krill's website and wasn't able to find the CG location on this bird. If anyone could direct me or would be willing to copy a manual for me, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!  |
