I flipped that thing over 100 times with the choke on, not even a pop, flipped it about another 100 times, still nothing, found it wasn't really getting fuel, so I moved the tank, made sure the line to the carb was full of fuel, flipped it about another 100 times with the choke on, checked the needles and found they were only open 1 turn each, opened both of them to 2 full turns and flipped it about another 100 times....nothing. About half way through I checked the spark and found it working fine. |

Sometimes that diaphams dry out and wont create the suction needed to draw fuel. pull the diafram cover, squirt some fuel getting things nice and wet. Flip over with choke on and watch your fuel line. Those bubbles should be movin pretty good every choke flip. I had a new motor that did the same thing.......was told to do this and it fired up right away. Good luck 871
