Hi,
I will throw my two cents in here. In general, with high-torque, high-current servos you want to keep the number of standard R/C connectors to a minimum. I recommend 1 extension per servo, if its too long that is better than daisy-chaining two extensions. Tony's idea of using the Multiplex connector is a good one, they are much higher current rated than the standard R/C connector and they keep the servos in sequence. Again, you should have one extension from the PowerExpander/System to the Multiplex, then one from the Multiples to the servo connector. Please let me know if you have any other questiuons.
