I would think so also, BUT, since there is no manual with pics or anything, I actually tried both ways. The servo will give max deflection in either position, but mounting at 180deg. creates a problem with the servo wire. the wire has to pass under the servo due to the construction of the stab, and will not let the servo sit flush on the mounting tabs. given that condition I chose to mount as shown. good catch, fortunatly I caught it also. don't shut up if you see anything I would rather catch it now instead of on the maiden flight.
I was able to mount the rudder servo tonight and hook up the pull pull system. It went smoothly as I knew in advance I was going to have to re-engineer the mounts to make my servo fit. (hs-5745)
