Obrien, 9k is far too low. What prop do you run? Sounds to me that you are way rich both high and low. My 82a needed two turns leaning (that is screwing the needle in) at the low needle from the factory setting and that is with 20% nitro. My high is around 2 and a half. Yours should be even leaner as there is more methanol in the 15% nitro mix. Blip the throttle from idle to full as you lean the low. When it stops transitioning, turn back 1/4 turn. You 're there. Same as Maddog says, different approach.
