The guys that have not stepped down ,now threaten the club charter. The majority has ruled they want AMA coverage. As I see it, if they do not step down TODAY, NOW, Right NOW, they must be removed from the club , membership revoked. Its their choice, lets be clear about that. Your not doing anything to them, they are doing it to themselves. Really anyone that thinks they can sue the club or AMA will lose, and they will lose big time. The AMA will eat them for lunch and spit out the bones. Its stupid to think they can sue anyone without spending thousands and thousands of dollars knowing full well they will lose. I'm speaking only of the two who haven't yet stepped down. There are at least two other people who could bring a viable case to court, if they wished, hopefully it would be against another individual, and not the club or AMA.
