After the race last week, they were interviewing Juan Montoya (driver of the #42 Target car), and he mentioned that during the week he was working on a Pitts that his wife gave him for his birthday. This little comment caught my ear so I looked to see what I could find out, and yes he's one of us!!!!
On his twitter page he also mentions flying his mig turbine, heli's and whatever else he has in his warehouse, but the thing I found interesting is this.. Here's a guy that has won the Indy 500, the Grand Prix of Monocco in Formula 1 , and currently in the fight for the Nascar championship, stops at a hobby shop tonight on his way to the race in California and calls this
"Paradise".
