I personally think when you start getting into the 100cc and up size airplanes, it is HIGHLY recommended by most to use at least 2 servos per aileron. There gets to be a tremendous amount of stress put on the ailerons for this size, especially if you are doing any type of 3D. It's much easier to strip out one servo gear than two. There also is a greater chance of flutter or flex in that long of an aileron so two servos would support that better. I wouldn't want to trust my 4 thousand plus dollar airplane to just one servo. Just my 2 cents worth.
As a matter of fact, in my 100cc plane that I fly, I actually have 2 JR 8711 servos in each wing. Probably overkill, but the crispness and responsiveness is awesome.
