Sorry to tell you, but Horizon gave you bad information. I have set up numberous Saito engines and they all come with the low end needle very rich. Usually takes 2-4 turns ins from factory setting to get them right. |

I called because I "accidently" moved the needle and needed to get to a good starting point.
I would think to begin you want rich, otherwise you could overheat the engine in a hurry.
