hi all i have a
great planes 40 size extra that i built from a kit. it had a bit of an accident about 6 months ago and one side of the wing was damaged so i had a thought lets make it into a bi plane. so i started doing some drawing and i came up with a 49" wing span with a 3" sweep and 8" tip and root cords also i will have a 2" positive stagger. the fuse from back of spinner to tail is 47" so all in all it will be an almost square plane. i am planning on using symmetrical airfoils and will be powering it with a
